Our products are highly water-repellent. During the manufacturing process, the fabrics are impregnated on the outside with a water- and dirt-repellent PFC-free coating. However, it is possible that during heavy rain moisture can penetrate through seams and zippers. That's why we talk about "water-repellent" and not "waterproof".
All our products are Peta approved – vegan.
Our outer material has a water- and dirt-repellent PFC-free coating. But the color “birch” is of course a little more sensitive and needs to be cleaned by us. It's like white sneakers.
You can simply rub off dust and light dirt with a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. You can rub harder here.
Heavy dirt and stains can be treated with a light-colored brush and gall soap and then remove the gall soap with a damp cloth. In the drugstore you can find gall soap in bottles that have a brush built into the top. This works particularly well. The only important thing is that you don't completely soak the bag.
The bags are not suitable for machine washing.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 50 EUR.
For deliveries to EU countries we charge a flat rate of EUR 7.90 and to all countries outside the EU EUR 19.90. You can find more information under “ Shipping ”.
We deliver to the EU and also to Switzerland and the UK. You can find more detailed information under Shipping . Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and shipped immediately. Our standard shipping within the EU takes a total of 2 to 5 working days, outside the EU 6 to 8 working days. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link for tracking.
We ship with GLS and DPD. Outside Germany and orders that are to be delivered to a packing station, we ship with DHL.
If your order cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once it has been received and processed back at our warehouse, the money will be refunded to you.
We are sorry that you received a bag with an error. All bags are made by hand and mistakes can happen. Please send us a photo of the bag along with the order number to email@example.com We will send you a free return label for your defective bag and send you a new bag as quickly as possible.
We offer a two-year guarantee on all of our bags purchased from our online shop. If you purchased your bag online, please send us a photo and your order number or the email address used when ordering to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the fault and when the bag was purchased, we will replace it with a new one or reimburse you for the repair costs. If you purchased your bag from another retailer, please contact them directly.
