Orders within Germany

If you are dissatisfied or just want to return something, then send us an e-mail with your order number, your address and also the reason for your return to service@kaalayoga.com. We will send you a return label for the return shipment.
Please pack the undamaged item carefully and put the delivery note with the order number in the package.

Important: ask for the posting receipt and keep it safe until the return has been successfully completed.
After checking the goods, we will refund you the (partial) amount using the payment method that you used when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for orders from abroad.

Please frank your package sufficiently, enclose the delivery note with the order number and send it back to the following address:
