The Yoyoka Mindful Mate is our favorite yoga mat with a fleece core made from 26-28 PET bottles and perfect grip.

The fleece is covered on both sides with a thin, renewable layer of natural rubber.

cleaning tips

With yoga mats made of natural rubber like the 'Mindful Mate', intensive cleaning is not necessary at all, because the material itself has an antibacterial/disinfecting effect.

DOS

Spray the surface with water + some apple cider vinegar before the first and after each further practice & then wipe with a lint-free cloth (microfibre).
Allow your mat to dry properly before using it again or rolling it up. It is best to hang to dry.
For particularly sweaty hot yoga practice, we recommend that you use a yoga towel on the mat during the practice.

DON'TS

Do not treat with soap, disinfectants or essential oils (otherwise the great grip will disappear).
Do not immerse in water or wash in the washing machine as the fleece may become saturated with water.
Please do not use a brush when cleaning.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
